This was a really strong volume， that I practically sped read through。 We had Tanjiro busting out his OP fire breathing technique， while also showing us its downside。 You can't really breathe while using it， so it quickly messes up your body。 Also， who is the guy that Muzan's blood recognizes that looks like Tanjiro？ The plot thickens。We also have Nezuko busting out a more progressed form of her blood art。 Nezuko was created by Muzan， and with her not under his control， she has the potential to This was a really strong volume， that I practically sped read through。 We had Tanjiro busting out his OP fire breathing technique， while also showing us its downside。 You can't really breathe while using it， so it quickly messes up your body。 Also， who is the guy that Muzan's blood recognizes that looks like Tanjiro？ The plot thickens。We also have Nezuko busting out a more progressed form of her blood art。 Nezuko was created by Muzan， and with her not under his control， she has the potential to become a force to be reckoned with as long as she can stay in control of her blood lust。 Having blood that can literally burn demons is convenient， but it seems like even if she is cut， her blood just puts her body right back together again。And to end off the volume， Usui is going up against not one， but two upper rank demons who are connected in some way。 Usui is honestly fabulous， and we get a bit of a look at his back story from his ninja days， and how he didn't agree with that way of life， which is why he left with his wives and joined up with the Demon Slayer Corps。 I don't know what it going to happen with the fight against the two demons， but I have a bad feelings we may have another Hashira down by the next volume。All in all， this volume was chalk full of action and story advancement， and I am very excited to read where this arc goes next。 。。。more

The battle with oiran demoness Daki in the entertainment district is now heating up and she’s not alone， even Tanjiro’s honest words don’t effect her。 The best surprise is seeing Nezuko entering the fray and seeing her fighting skills。 A bonus story also humorous sums up Inosuke’s origins。 A （100%/Outstanding）

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 Maybe 3。5 stars。 Here we have a continuation of the story of Tengen hunting a sort of prostitute demon， and here the confrontation really ramps up。 The demon， Daki， turns out to have a second demon， Gyutaro， living inside her， and the pair need to be slain simultaneously for the kill to take。 The action is fairly exciting here， with some nice moments of humor。 I do wish that the villains were a bit more nuanced still， but as an exercise in straightforward action-adventure storytelling， there is Maybe 3。5 stars。 Here we have a continuation of the story of Tengen hunting a sort of prostitute demon， and here the confrontation really ramps up。 The demon， Daki， turns out to have a second demon， Gyutaro， living inside her， and the pair need to be slain simultaneously for the kill to take。 The action is fairly exciting here， with some nice moments of humor。 I do wish that the villains were a bit more nuanced still， but as an exercise in straightforward action-adventure storytelling， there is still much to enjoy。 One thing I’m unsure about is that these demons they are fighting now are supposed to be so powerful that Tanjiro and co can’t hope to face them yet。。。 but somehow he still manages to get by。Nezuko has a hulk-out moment in this issue， which turns into an attack on innocents。。。 I guess the leader of the Hashira would have her killed if he found out she lost control， right？ 。。。more
